Connect, Inspire, Be Fearless - not only was this the theme for our 2013 WICT Conference, but also the approach that Veronica takes with her audience.  Veronica's experience as a True Champion coach provides her audience with a unique frame of reference.  WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) is a professional organization designed to help create leaders and develop the skills necessary to grow one's career.

 

Veronica was very engaged in learning about our organization and even tailored her speech to reflect our seven touchstones.  This kind of effort and adaptability was very important to the success of the conference.  Veronica's approach of taking principles of success learned from life experiences and applying them to our touchstones resonated with the audience in a way that kept them actively engaged.

 

In addition, Veronica seamlessly tied the concepts of listening to yourself, making declarations and overcoming fear in s sports setting to applying these tools in your professional life.  This enabled our attendees to see ways in which they could become more self-empowered and willing to step out of your comfort zone to achieve goals.
