Before entering full-time ministry, Bill owned and operated three aerospace and orthopedic manufacturing companies, as well as having been an executive in the corporate world. His background in the business world is extremely instrumental in his right-on-target ability to relate to men and women in the ever-changing corporate environment, regardless of their vocation.

Bill is the author of the book "Forgiveness - A Gift of Life" which contains a 30-day devotional. Current projects include a new book, "The A-B-C's of Counseling," based on Bill and his wife Jean's ten years as Christian counselors, as well as a daily devotional book on relationships and marriage.

Through Bill and Jean's relationship counseling ministry, "Heart 2 Heart," they have been privileged to minister to over 500 individuals and 400 couples during the past ten years. "Heart 2 Heart" also ministers to engaged and married couples through weekend conferences which address every aspect of Christian marriage and are based on Christ-centered, Biblical principles and daily, practical examples.

Bill was ordained as a Minister of Pastoral Counseling in 1992 and has been a discipleship counselor and conference coordinator with Grace Ministries International, as well as Director of Men's Ministries and Singles Ministry at his former church in California. A precursor to Bill and Jean's "Heart 2 Heart" ministry was the Sunday School class which they co-taught for engaged couples, "Fit To Be Tied."

Bill and Jean have been married for 42 years and have 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren. For men's groups that are planning retreats, it may be important for you to know that, yes, Bill does play golf!
